Our fees vary depending on the specific service and the complexity of the case. Please see our Pricing Page for preset rates and schedule a free consultation to obtain quotes for other services.
Flat Fees: paid in advance and payment is held as a retainer, with payment earned according to the schedule set in the engagement agreement.
Hourly Fees: retainer is paid in advance based on expected number of hours and earned as worked is done.
Subscription: monthly payment is made in advance and reserves availability for the subscription services for the corresponding month. Subscription memberships are limited.
If you would like ongoing fractional legal services and the available subscription memberships don't fit your business needs, we can provide a custom fee arrangement. Custom engagements are flexible and can scale up or down each month, just like subscription memberships.

Select Subscription - $750 monthly.
Ideal for business owners unsure of their legal risks or looking for further guidance. This package provides a few hours each month with an attorney to walk through business plans or specific issues. Additional services can be added to this subscription as your business grows or if a particular month is busier.
Premier Subscription - $3,500 monthly.
Ideal for business owners that want monthly access to an attorney for advice on business plans or specific legal issues and have consistent contract review or other legal needs. Additional services can be added to this subscription.
Elite Subscription - $7,500 monthly.
Ideal for business owners and in-house department with regular excess legal work.
Services generally do not rollover because the firm has to manage monthly availability for all clients. Subscription services reserve our availability for the corresponding month. There are exceptions for periods when the firm is closed for a certain number of days due to vacation or holidays. Please see our subscription terms here for more details on the subscription program.
We are provide ad-hoc services like other outside firms but differ in that we can also be embedded within the company on an ongoing basis. This makes it easier for you to obtain proactive legal services that can prevent legal headaches and the associated costs.
If you engage our firm for ongoing representation, then unlike traditional outside counsel:
We would most often work as your primary legal advisor, supplemented by specialist counsel when needed. This also means that if you are working with specialist counsel on issues like tax, IP or litigation, you can continue working with that counsel. We manage the issues outlined in our Services section, identify issues that should be addressed with specialist counsel and coordinate with specialist counsel (so you don’t have to spend time being a middle man).
