2) We will run a conflicts check to confirm that we are available to assist you.

3) If both sides would like to move forward we will provide an engagement letter for your signature.

4) After the engagement letter is signed, we will get started immediately!

We are excited to talk with you, however an attorney-client relationship is not formed until we have completed a conflicts check and signed an engagement agreement. Please do not share confidential information in our communications or consultations until an engagement agreement has been signed.
