This policy describes how Extended Counsel, LLC (the “Firm”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collects, processes, retains and discloses personal data about you when providing services to you through our website and services that link to this policy (our “Services”).

  • Through the Services.

Children's and Minors' Data 

Our Services are intended for persons 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a child under 18 years old without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
