Supported corporate, commercial, and litigation matters. Managed legal team, including draft of playbooks, templates, and policies. Managed corporate governance  functions, including board meetings, TSX filings and stockholder meetings. Led legal functions for M&A and strategic transactions.

Global Payments (Senior Associate General Counsel)

 Negotiated commercial and technology contracts, including software licenses and consulting, recruiting, marketing and professional services contracts 

CCUR Holdings Inc. (General Counsel & Corporate Secretary)

 As part of executive management team, utilized sale proceeds to acquire new business divisions. Coordinated transition of stock listing from NASDAQ to OTC Market. Handled contracting, governance and securities matters.

Concurrent Computer Corporation (Senior Counsel & Corporate Secretary)

 Oversaw legal team, negotiated customer, marketing, partner, and vendor agreements and managed the legal and SEC regulatory process for sale of content delivery and storage technology business.
